Well, we’re finally joining the cyberworld, and while you can’t taste our delicious Peruvian food from here, at least we can tell you about it. With this blog, we will share fascinating facts about Peruvian culture and cuisine, one post at a time. Hopefully we can entice you to come and see for yourself just how terrific Peruvian food is – we know you won’t be disappointed. It is unlike anything you’ve tasted before, although you will recognize European influences in our cream sauces, and Chinese flavors such as the soy sauce in our “chaufa”, a Peruvian version of fried rice. Peruvians have adapted their cooking techniques to include influences from many parts of the world, and the result is a wonderful fusion of flavors. We’ll post as often as we can, and we hope to see you soon in one of our restaurants!
