Saltados with Chicken, Shrimp, and Seafood

Pollo Saltado Pollo Saltado is a great option for guests who enjoy chicken instead of beef. This variation of our famous Lomo Saltado includes tender pieces of chicken along with sauteed tomatoes and onions. At Fiesta Limena Peruvian restaurant, we even offer a version of this dish with shrimp or a mixture of seafood, so you can try a different one each time you visit us! It’s hard to say what part of these dishes is the best. Some people think it is the tomatoes and onions, which are lightly cooked to perfection. Others say it is the french fries and rice, which absorb the juices from the tender meat and seafood. Either way, these dishes are a favorite with our customers.
