For vegetarians, the average Peruvian restaurant menu may be intimidating at first. After all, there are a variety of steak, poultry, and fish dishes. However, there are some Peruvian specialties that do not contain meat or fish. Papa a la Huancaina, our most popular appetizer, is a great choice. Boiled potatoes and a creamy aji saucce make a great combination. One of our specials that is offered from time to time, the Choclo con Queso, is a plate of large Andean corn topped with a creamy cheese sauce. Tallarines Verdes is available often, and consists of Peruvian style pesto sauce over noodles. Of course, salad, rice and beans are always available at our CT Peruvian restaurant as well.
