The first Saturday of February is Pisco Day in Peru. This means Peruvians will be lining up to sip their favorite drink, the Pisco Sour, at bars and restaurants throughout Lima and the surrounding regions. The celebration is special this year, as more and more Americans notice Peruvian Pisco for its outstanding taste and quality. We always try to bring a piece of Peru to Connecticut, so we will be having a Pisco Day celebration at our CT Peruvian restaurant this Saturday, February 6th.
