A staple to Norwalk’s diverse community, Fiesta Limena Restaurant opened its doors in 2006, at the height of the success of husband and wife team, Elaine and Alberto Rojas; as a result of the overwhelming response to their first restaurants in Stamford, CT. As a young man from Peru, Alberto dreamed of one day bringing the tastes of his beloved homeland to America for diners to experience the delicious, flavorful dishes he grew up with. With Elaine by his side, they made this dream a reality, and have been sharing their passion with others for the past 20 years. 

Fiesta Limena Restaurant brings to Norwalk and its surrounding communities, the experience of the delicious and exotic flavors of Peruvian cuisine, in a family friendly environment. Now with the help of their daughter and son-in-law, Shannon and Wilson Portilla, the second generation continues to carry the torch in providing their guests with superior customer service, while celebrating the authentic flavors of Peru.
