If you enjoy fresh seafood, try our ceviche. One of the most traditional and popular dishes in Peru, ceviche is a delightfully unique and tasty entree. Unlike anything you’ve had before, this fish is cooked without being heated. A citrus marinade gives the fish flavor, and turns it white, “cooking” it. We offer both fresh fish and mixed seafood ceviche on the menu at our Norwalk CT restaurant.
